Our rates depend on the type of production:
Editorial / Personal: 800 €
Commercial: 1000 €
Film: 1100 €

Our standard rental hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need an early start or a late finish, special arrangements can be made in advance upon request.

No deposit is required. However, full payment is due once we have sent your tailored quote to confirm your reservation.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 96 hours (4 days) before the rental.
50% refund for cancellations made 48–96 hours before the rental.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental; the full rental value will be charged.

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and must be requested via email. Modifications may be subject to additional charges.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak times, to ensure availability.

Yes, the maximum number of people on the premises is 12. Liability for all guests remains with the renter.

Yes, you are welcome to bring assistants or crew, as long as the total number of guests does not exceed our maximum capacity of 12 people. We also offer professional support services, including set designers, which can be requested during the booking process here. Catering and equipment rentals are available as additional services. Please contact us for more information.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the booking.

Small refreshments are allowed, but excessive food or beverages are not permitted.

Smoking is allowed only outside the studio premises.

Please maintain professional noise levels at all times. Excessive noise that disturbs neighboring tenants or the surrounding area is prohibited in accordance with French noise pollution regulations. Renters are responsible for ensuring that music, equipment, and general activity remain within acceptable limits to avoid complaints or fines.

Renters must leave the studio in good condition, return all equipment to its original place, and dispose of trash appropriately. Excessive mess or dirt may result in additional cleaning fees.

Yes, all renters are fully responsible for any damages or accidents caused by themselves, their crew, or their guests. Proof of valid insurance must be provided prior to the booking.
