1. Booking & Reservations

All studio bookings are confirmed only after full payment, as specified in the booking form. By confirming a booking, the renter agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Studio Rules

To ensure a safe, professional, and pleasant environment, all renters must adhere to the following rules:

  • Noise: Keep noise at a professional level; excessive noise that disrupts neighboring tenants is prohibited.

  • Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside the studio.

  • Guest Limit: Maximum number of people on the premises is 12 including the studio assistant. Liability for all guests remains with the renter.

  • Food & Drink: Small refreshments are allowed; excessive outside food or beverages are not permitted.

  • Cleaning: Renters must leave the studio in good condition. Equipment must be returned to its original location, and trash cleared. Excessive dirt or mess may incur additional cleaning fees.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.

3. Overtime Fees

  • Any usage beyond the confirmed rental time will be charged at €120/hour.

  • After 00:00, the hourly rate increases to €250/hour.

  • Overtime charges are billed immediately following the shoot.

4. Damage & Liability

  • KAZE Paris Studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the rental.

  • Renters are fully liable for all damages caused by themselves, their crew, or guests.

  • All renters are required to provide and maintain their own insurance covering accidents, damages, or liability during the rental period.

  • Renters must comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of electrical outlets, lighting, and equipment.

  • Any damage to the studio or equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund: Cancellation made at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled rental.

  • 50% refund: Cancellation made 48–96 hours before the scheduled rental.

  • No refund: Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental; full rental value is charged.

6. Use of Studio

  • Renters may use the studio only for photography, videography, or approved creative production.

  • Any commercial or public event must be pre-approved in writing.

  • Studio reserves the right to refuse any rental that violates these Terms or is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Amendments

KAZE Paris Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Renters are responsible for reviewing the latest policies before each booking.
